Head of Customer Success
Your Day to Day
As the Head of Customer Success at Airwaive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with wireless operators and with property owners (hosts). Ensuring their success means that operators are successful finding host properties to deploy wireless access points, and that hosts receive fair compensation for doing so. You have end-to-end responsibilities for coordinating your team of customer success managers, and your customers throughout the life cycle of their engagement with Airwaive.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- At least 5 years working in sales, account management or customer success roles.
- Previous experience managing teams.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone/online presence.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
The Head of Customer Success is expected to:
- Work internally with Airwaive’s operator and host teams to understand demand and where potential site projects are needed.
- Coordinate with external parties, including wireless operators, property managers, equipment OEMs, fiber providers and installation services companies.
- Strategize with the Development team for potential features that can be added to the Airwaive platform based on customer requirements and feedback.
- Participate and achieve target goals through regular marketing programs and campaigns.
- Continually educate yourself on the Airwaive offering, our competitive landscape, our value propositions, and on prospecting best practices.
- Build a global team of customer success managers as Airwaive scales.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated success working with fixed or mobile wireless operators.
- Someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a remote environment.
Head of Host Recruiting
About The Role
As the Head of Host Recruiting, you will be responsible for all recruiting initiatives targeting property owners & managers. You identify and generate initiatives through both inbound and outbound prospecting activities to develop the ecosystem of property owners within our network. The right candidate will work well under pressure, think outside the box, and be highly self motivated.
The Head of Host Recruiting will develop, maintain & implement plans that drive host recruitment and support Airwaive’s strategic growth plan. This is a unique opportunity for someone that wants to play a critical role in one of the key aspects of Airwaive’s strategy.
Requirements
- This role is best for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a remote environment.

- Experience and understanding of the property management industry and market trends beneficial

Business Development – Fiber Partnerships
About The Role
As a key member of our Fiber partnership team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating partnerships opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting activities. The right candidate will work well under pressure, think outside the box, and be highly self-motivated.
Requirements
- Generate and implement the go-to-market strategy for Fiber partners.
- Identify and recruit fiber partners to join the Airwaive network
- Manage fiber partner relationships with key stakeholders and support Airwaive’s strategic growth
- Work with the Product team to continue to enhance the Airwaive platform based on customer requirements and feedback.
- Participate and achieve target goals through regular marketing programs and campaigns
